Company history

2006

We are founding the Inamstro company and building the network of Lukoil peco stations in Yugoslavia, as well as the KazTransGaz network in Kazakhstan. We contribute to the capital reconstruction of the gas pumping and compression station for KazTransGaz.

2007

We complete our portfolio with two ambitious and challenging projects: the Royal Park in Kazakhstan and the construction of the glass facade of Vnukovo Airport in Moscow.

2009

We are expanding our skills in the residential sector.
We are launching the Valea Morilor project - residential complex composed of 3 blocks.

2013

We continue to build and improve the urban landscape with 2 new residential blocks: on 67 Ștefan Neaga str. and 58 Ion Creangă str.

2014

We are launching the Alecu Russo 9 project and the block on Milano Street 1. People's interest in our projects motivates us to continue with the development of high-quality housing.

2015

We are making another professional leap, building new blocks on Gh. Ghimpu Street and 8 Șoimari Street.

2016

Our attention is directed to Ceucari Street, where we are launching a new housing project.

2017

The year 2017 represents a period of significant growth, with the launch of several construction projects: on bd. Mircea cel Bătrân, Constantin Stere str., Avram Iancu str., Liviu Deleanu neighborhood and Mihail Sadoveanu Avenue, Romania.

2018

Our desire to build comfortable and safe housing continues to materialize through the Newton House project, Buiucani, blocks 1-4, and the Alecu Russo 9/6 housing block.

2019

The development of the Newton House residential projects and the Alecu Russo 9/6 residential block is in full swing.

2020

The year 2020 brings with it the Infinity Tower business center and the Mihai Eminescu residential complex - large-scale Premium projects that demonstrate our versatility and dedication.

2021

We are increasingly determined to bring comfort and style to people's lives through every project we implement. Thus, we are expanding our international portfolio with the ARTIMA residential project, blocks 1-3, and the AZIMUT residential complex, in Romania.

2022

We continue to build the future with the launch of the Constantin Stere 2 residential complex, the ARTIMA 4 residential block, the Newton House Grădina Botanică residential complex and the Dimineții residential complex in Romania.

2023
